Various paces and distances Saturday morning trail runs at various locations - see http://soiledsport.blogspot.com/ Saturdays join the racewalkers at Springbank Gardens Community Centre at 8 AM. 8K and more at 7-9 minutes/K. Cross country training is coming up in October. |
