In addition to distance running, we also enjoy putting relay teams together to compete at age grade track meets, both indoor and outdoor. We also combine friends from other running groups and non-affiliates, which can lead to out-of-province and out-of-country relays, pushing the envelope, providing fond memories and creating life-lasting bonds. You don’t have to be an accomplished athlete to start running relays, you need only a willingness to try something new. On the other hand, if you are out to break a Canadian Masters age group record, you will find some relay team members in the club. It’s a lot of fun!
